To Be Christ's Hands And Feet at School

1. Eat lunch with someone who looks lonely.

2. Treat your teachers with respect.

3. If someone doesn't show up for a day or two, ask about it when he or she gets back.

4. Organize a study group for a big test.

5. Don't lie. Ever.

6. Learn to laugh at yourself.

7. Learn to not laugh at people who don't laugh at themselves.

8. Offer to spend extra time practicing who is struggling with a sport.

9. If someone opens up a little, take time to listen.

10. Share your lunch.

11. Go to your friends' musical Performances.

12. Offer rides.

13. Pray for your Principle.

14. Take people seriously.

15. When it's natural, talk about Jesus.

16. Invite a friend to come to your youth group.

17. If someone is open to it, share music from Christian artists.

18. Don't Cheat. Ever.

19. Start a student-led prayer group.

20. Go out for a sport or join a club with people you don't know well.

21. Compliment people when they do somethying well.

22. Pray for the three people you like the least.

23. Ask a close Christian friend at schoolwhat in your life might get in the way of letting others see Jesus in you.

24. Challenge close Christian friends when they seem to be doing things that don't match up with what they say they believe.

25. Offer to lead a students-only bible study.

26. Offer to disciple a Christian student who is two or three years younger than you.

27. Buy birthday cards for people who would least expect to get one from you.

28. Tell those on student government that you appreciate all the time they put into their jobs.

29. Out of respect for your teachers, don't sleep in or skip class.

30. Smile at or make eye contact with people who don't seem to feel good about themselves.

31. Without being preachy, make sure your life is an example of sexual purity.

32. If someone asks what you believe about God, be ready to tell him or her about your faith in clear, simple words.

33. Laugh at other people's jokes when their funny (unless they're at someone else's expense or off color).

34. Talk respectfully about your parents.

35. Don't say anything bad or hurtful about another person.

36. Say at least one encouraging thing to someone every day.

37. If someone expresses a strong belief in something that's not biblical, ready to ask a couple of respectful, but challenging questions.

38. Avoid saying God's or Jesus's name as a swear word.

39. Look for opportunities to forgive people who hurt you.

40. When you get angry, give yourself sometime to cool down before saying too much to or about the person who ticked you off.

41. Invite conversations with especially shy people.

42. When having luch with your friends, ask an unlikely person to join you and include him or her in your conversation.

43. To open up spiritual conversations, ask other people what they believe about God.

44. Do art projects on subjects that glorify God in a creative or interesting way.

45. Thank God for the people in your first period class.

46. Avoid being critical or judgemental of others' choices or beliefs, especially if they're not Christians. 

47. Treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated.

48. Invite people over to your house (if it's OK with your parents).

49. If your on a team, give your best effort as a way to respect your teammates.

50. When people ask why your so different, be ready to tell them about Jesus.
